  Set up will be held on Thursday, July 10th after 4:00 PM.
  Cooks will have a meeting on Friday, July 11th at 4:00 PM.
  See schedule for turn-in times.
  Awards will be held at 3:30 PM.
  Limited to 40 teams - first come, first serve!

  Pork Ribs, Pork/Shoulder/Butt, Chicken, Brisket​
  Turkey Category will be Friday night.
  1 Meat Rib Category will be Friday night.

  Before June 1st - $275.00
  After June 1st - $300.00
  Registration 1 Meat Rib Contest: $100.00

  The St. Patrick's Association and Emmetsburg Fire Association are pleased to bring the Seventh Annual KCBS event to Emmetsburg, Iowa. 

  Prizes totaling over $7,000.00 will be awarded for the BBQ Contest with a progressive payout after 30 teams.

    A warm July weekend, Barbeque smell in the air will be a great way to enjoy the summer!

  The Smokin’ Pulled Pork Cook-Off is back for its 8th year—thanks to the amazing teams who make it possible!

  The Big Eagle Lake Improvement Association invests $15K–$40K each year in aquatic invasive species (AIS) efforts, helping keep our lake clean for boating, fishing, and fun.

  Join us at Lupulin Brewing in Big Lake, where up to twelve (12) teams will compete for prizes. Entries are judged on appearance, taste, and tenderness by two professional judges and a team of volunteers.

  The $80 entry fee helps cover prize costs: 1st $250, 2nd $200, 3rd $150, and People’s Choice $150.
