• Workshop runs from 8 am to 4 pm
• Keynote Speaker is Jess Pryles
• • Registrations prior to March 1st may Preorder your HARDCORE CARNIVORE COOKBOOK at a special price of $26.00 and get it signed at the workshop!
• Dr. Ryan Cox will be speaking on Meat Science 101
• Other speakers from the BBQ industry will be presenting on Meats and Equipment
• A BBQ lunch will be provided, cooked by competition teams
• The afternoon will consist of two breakout session tracks:
• • Breakout - Competition BBQ : consisting of Competition Teams and Judges
  • Breakout - BBQ Basics : consisting in part of Spices and Knives

Cost:

• $200 for MN BBQ Society members

• $250 for non-members 
• • Non Member rate includes a one-year membership to the MN BBQ Society.
