• This year teams are to source and provide their protein.  (Because of our awesome partnership with Jennie-O we will have turkey breasts for the first 50 cooks signed up for this event. Thank you Jennie-O!!!)
• Again this year, toothpicks, skewers of any kind, and other foreign materials are prohibited in the container.  KCBS garnish rules are in place, meaning the only garnish that can be used is legal KCBS garnish. While entries may contain some complementary items (i.e., mashed potatoes, etc.), they may not be used as garnish, pool, or cover the bottom of the box. Also, the rule about fuel sources is in effect. Thus Gas and electric heat sources shall not be permitted for cooking or holding the entry.
