The SD BBQ Shootout @ Huset's Speedway is an end of season BBQ festival on the Friday & Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The main event is a Kansas City BBQ Society(KCBS) sanctioned Professional BBQ Contest. Teams will travel from all over the United States and even Canada to compete for $15,000 in cash prizes.
