New this year!
This year’s Spring Training workshop will include two breakout sessions in the afternoon. One session will be general BBQ topics, we’re calling this session “Low and Slow”. The topics under consideration during this breakout session are Spices, Knives & Fuels.
The second breakout session will be geared more toward the competition Q’er. The topics of discussion will be the Minnesota Barbecue Society’s Mentor Program, what it takes to do a BBQ competition contest from a team’s point of view, and what does it take to be a BBQ judge. This break out will be limited to the first 25 to sign up.
At this time the agenda is being finalized, some items are subject to change.
The cost of this year’s Workshop for Minnesota Barbeque Society members is $175.00. Non-members cost is $200.00 (this amount does not include a membership). We highly suggest you register to become a member first, which costs $25 for individual, $45 for family for the year.
This event has sold out every year, be sure to register early!!
